Please, PLEASE do not expect a ship right out the gate, the muns that do have ships with her developed chemistry and respected boundaries. I am open to shipping, but would like chemistry built IC AND OOC. Too many times have I been approached with romantic intent without even getting to know Maeve in any capacity, this is me offically putting a stop to it.
This doesn't mean I'm stuck up or rude, it's just me setting boundaries.

She's loyal as can be, and while she can be observant, she struggles with her emotions and how she reacts to things.She's also very anti-social, spending almost her entire first year at HQ-E locked in her dorm. She's compulsive and sometimes talks without thinking about what she's saying, and incredibly self-destructive. She'd throw herself on a grenade for someone else's sake without a second thought.
Has a low sense of self worth, but she's working on it.
Easier to get her to talk if you talk to her about something she's educated or interested in.

Mae had a normal life growing up for the most part, born and raised in Seattle in a house in the suburbs with her mom, dad and little brother Logan. Mom (Willow) was a Robotics Engineer, making hospital equipment for the city's hospitals, and Dad (Benjamin) worked in the same hospital as a radiologist. They lived a comfortable life most of Maeve’s young life, until an accident involving Doc Oc and some explosions took out the building Willow had been working in that day. She’d been shielding some interns from the blast, but was crushed and killed instantly.

She found out very quickly that the public had a very... Not so positive view on Spiders when she was turned. The ones before her had all been mostly slack fucks only out for the money, and rarely attempted to wrangle any villains that rampaged the city. When they did do so, it was sloppy and messy, usually getting the public hurt. These Spiders started vanishing at a rapid rate, some of them only lasting a few weeks, and no one knew how or why, and they’d be replaced with a new one shortly after the previous disappeared.She set out to do her best, managing to get some of the villains of her universe locked away for good, and this continued for about 4 years.She eventually met Miguel and Maggie of E 21225, and that HQ has become her main place to stay.
